BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. UNDER THE MONTANA CODE ANNOTATED § 27–1–727, EACH PARTICIPANT WHO ENGAGES IN EQUINE ACTIVITIES EXPRESSLY ASSUMES THE RISK OF ENGAGING IN SAID ACTIVITIES AND ASSUMES LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE TO A PERSON OR PROPERTY RESULTING FROM SAID ACTIVITIES.

FILL OUT THE FOLLOWING ACCORDING TO HOW YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR POINTS RECORDED. For family memberships, please fill out everyone in the family (up to 3 individuals or three children under 18 are eligible without paying extra fees) who wish to be recorded. Age divisions are: 12 & Under, 13-18 and Adult. Lucky numbers are $15 and are an option for those riders who would like to have the same number all year long. This is optional, for a number will be assigned to you at a show, if you do not pay for your own number. Lucky numbers are reserved on a first come first served basis.
